Experience
Mr. Kroeker joined the firm in 1981 and became president in 1988. He has over twenty-seven years of experience in water resources development, management, and protection. He has conducted and managed projects which involved water rights analysis, water supply planning, hydrologic investigations of surface and ground water supplies, ground water modeling, river basin modeling, and ground water contamination assessments at industrial facilities. He has extensive experience in presenting expert testimony in courts and administrative hearings. His clients include large and small municipalities, water districts, businesses, industrial operators, irrigation companies, land developers, and farmers and ranchers.
