Experience
Mr. Faux has over 20 years experience in water supply planning, water rights analysis, surface water supply modeling, and litigation support. He has gained his experience in the states of Colorado, California, and Utah. He has worked on groundbreaking cases involving transfer of water rights and involving instream flows needed for protection of salmonids. Other projects have included estimating market value of water rights, estimating water yield available to proposed water diversion and storage projects, evaluating adequacy of municipal water supply, formulating and analyzing operating rules for three-party sharing of a storage reservoir, and defending clients in court regarding diversion and storage practice, regarding flood control operations, regarding adequacy of water supply and regarding impacts on other water users. Clients have included municipalities, water districts, irrigation companies, county water agencies, flood control districts, corporations and landowners
